I was here last year and I wrote a bad review then but was coerced to take it down by having my nails redone properly. First time around tracey was awful- yanking my fingers done every 2 mins and being rather forceful about it. And being honestly quite rude Also if you expect to have your appointment on time you can forget it - I waited around 20 mins as they take walk ins and will not honour your appointment time.
