If there were a way to give negative ratings I would. They leased us a lemon which we reported problems about on the first day & they've let it be our constant problem. The trunk tries to decapitate us. We've had transmission & engine issues, radio issues, heating issues & so on. Service sucks like no other & the company refuses to stand by their product. We've had the car for 7 months & been in & out of service the entire time. Service has had the vehicle for a total of 30 days & they've forced us to pay $300 for loaner veh... read more
The place is a disgrace. They have been advertising the same vehicle with different sale prices since December of 2013, on a vehicle they never had. All this just to lure people in then run the typical scam deal. Still running a sale on vehicle they have not had in a year!
Service department was unable to fix an issue and told me the the vehicle was operating within acceptable limits multiple times. Took the car to another dealer and was told I was missing parts from manufacturing on the first visit. Manhattan jeep is a waste of time.
