Our experience was predominately excellent. The salesperson, Ahmed Elsayed, was excellent - fresh, honest, focused and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. We ended up purchasing a car we had no intention of purchasing. The sales manager, David, (not the owner), who you allegedly make an appointment with, but do not see initially, I would give two stars - maybe - he was on the obnoxious side, fast talking and I would never work with him again. The WORST car dealership I've EVER encountered. No only did they sell me a wrangler with no AC. They TOLD me it only needed new coolant. VERY rude uneducated employees. Gave me the worlds hardest time with my temporary tag. Overall the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you want to purchase a vehicle DONT go there.
I am still waiting for a call back from one of your managers. I have filed a claim through Jeep Customer Service, but I'd like to hear back from someone who actually works there. This is regarding a major issue in which you had my license plates in you're possession for 1 year and 2 months. After purchasing my vehicle there in December of 2015, I was told my old license plates from my trade in would transfer.
