I live in Brooklyn New York and I would take my car to a dealership in Brooklyn that I will leave nameless I always felt like they were conning me when I was there I prefer to drive to Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram from Brooklyn to get my car serviced the personnel there from top to bottom are knowledgeable and professional to the T. Always drive out of there feeling like I was there most important customer and my car was done right.
Keep away! The loan officer is a crook, Try to sneak warranties in on your loan, I just have a feeling the place is very dishonest.
Find another dealership! We have been treated so bad there are new car is a Honda!
Good sale person but be careful with the loan officer they will try to push warrantya on to u that u don't need he just added $2700 on to my loan without asking me when I told him I don't need it he try to force it by saying if I don't my loan will not go through total bs. If u don't want a warranty u don't have to get it bank will not reject u loan at that point they already have a proved u so don't worry.
Dishonest. 5 hours looking at car. We were asked to make an offer. Owner comes out shakes hands on it. Next day plates on the car ready to roll about to finalize and price is not what agreed to
A bunch of liars !!!! Spent 7 hours looking at cars . I had a fixed price which was agreed on with a hand shake by owner . Plates on the car price changed . Dishonest person to deal with
