Bad Service at Manhattan CJD I have been to Manhattan CJD twice for oil changes on a Saturday, and I was satisfied with the service. This time around the service was painfully horrible and is still hurting me. I went there for: Sun visor recall An oil consumption check. Oil change. Break system check. And over all engine check. I purchased my first car from Jeep of Manhattan on June 3rd. I have had the worst experience anyone should EVER have with purchasing a car since then. Let me explain...my first dealer given temporary registration expired after the allotted 30 days, my vehicle was also towed the same day it expired. I was unable to get my car out of the impound because irresponsible Jeep of Manhattan told me their ENTIRE DMV Department was "out". I am so disappointed with the service from the dealer. I purchased a car and put up with the 7-hour purchase process. I received temporary plates and only 1 key. I have tried several times to contact them, their parts number doesn't even have a voice mail. I have called the front desk, they have promised call backs that have never happened. I would recommend anybody to go else where!
DO NOT BUY HERE. Currently applying for lemon law and opening up a lawsuit. These guys are a bunch if crooks. Busted transmission and brakes after owning the car for 3 months. Do not go here!!
Horrible service across the board. Took for ever to get the paperwork done, then when I was told to come pick the car up, it wasn't there and I need to wait 2.5 hours. While the car should have come with a full tank, got it an empty one. They took 5 weeks to payoff the financing on my trade in (should have been a week). They didn't submit the registration to the DMV so I never got the registration and got a ticket because of it, nobody ever notified me of that, when I called them I was handed over from one person to the next... read more
