Love my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Overland, but sadly my first service experience was terrible. I brought the car in after only five months because the check engine light went on. When I came to pick up the car, it had not been washed. That was surprising to me based on past service experiences, but not a huge deal. Then I get in the car and the check engine light is still on. They have to take it back upstairs. Ten minutes later they bring the car back down and tell me it's ready. Guess what... the check engine light was still on.... read more
