Consumer fraud alert !!!!! I bought and paid for Jeep in full, 6 months later I still do not have the title. All I get are lies and bullshit. The details: I bought Jeep in October 2017 I paid off loan in January 2018 Bank of America says they never received the title from dealer. Dealer says they sent title to TD Bank by mistake. Six months later I still do not have a title, just more lies and aggravation.
Don’t lie to customers! And pretend they don’t hear an obvious noise in engine I give up with these crooks
Poor Management and typical care salesman. Add on hidden extras and don't stand by product.
They could start by not being criminal ! Not selling cars over sticker price !! Then selling way over priced warranties and stealing the money ! These are things they are know to do to unsuspecting customers !!!! Worse run dealership ever !
They are everything you can imagine in a criminal car dealer. Stay away if you value your money.
i would like to say i am offended by the management and sales representation that was presented to me. I walked into the dealership with every intention of buying or leasing a vehicle. I was contacted by this dealership for 2 weeks straight decided to give a shot. I orginally went to see a 2016 grand cherokee overland which was used by a manager and smelled like smoke. Jeep Chrysler you should be ashamed of how you are treating a 2x loyal customer. This is the absolute worst customer service team and dealership I have ever encountered. Possibly the least caring service team at any company. Not only was my car 2x returned filthy and with the trunk panels misaligned the lack of care by management and the service team is unbelievable. #jeep #chryslersucks
