I had to wait too long and the ppl that got there after me was called before me tonbe heloed but the associate that helped me solved my problem in less that one minute and she was amazing! Very nice, very knowledgeable & she taught me a few things about my iPhone 7 plus.
Really impressed with the service this morning! I had to bring my toddler with me today. The woman assisting us was so wonderful helping us get in and out smoothly while I entertained my wiggly toddler.
Thank you for taking care of my issues! Fast service even with a busy store. My phone has been in a loop since yesterday, tried to restore it and iTunes said my phone could not be detected. When the Apple Store could not fix the issue either, they replaced my phone for free since it was still under warranty. Happy to have a working phone again, even though I lost all of my content since I didn't back up to iCloud. You made a 2 hour drive worth it!
Let's hear it for the Apple gang! In 13 minutes I walked into the Apple Store- spoke with 3 different people- got the iPod fixed!!! All for FREE!!! Those associates worked like a well oiled problem solving machine!!!
Once I got to meet with a tech, it was great... it's the journey to get there. Maybe a bar would help�
