Apples customer service was extremely kind and helpful for me.
Somehow my screen got broken. I called to get an appointment and was told I would have to wait for two days, but was advised that I could walk in. I walked in, they took my information and called me back in record time. They checked my phone and then checked it in. It was repaired in less than 2 hours!!! I am very grateful. Thanks Apple!!!
