I had an issues where the phone had an Authorization lock on it. I’ve had this problem since Thursday I went to Apple today and the lady named Hillary got me all set up and took care of me she is amazing and thank you all
I visited on Wednesday and was offered $250 for my iPhone 7. Went home to think about it for a couple of days and returned on Saturday to only be offered $95. I was told the girl that made the offer was not a specialist and didn’t know the rules. The manager, Victor, did not stand behind the offer. Worst customer service ever. I have made my last purchase at the Apple store.
Spent 3 hours here and bought 2 iPhone XR’s because the sales rep insisted they are the most durable glass iPhone has ever made. I was hesitant because they are so expensive and told him to sell me everything to protect/insure my purchase. I bought Apple care, theft insurance, cases for the phone. 3 days later the bottom glass is cracked and the phone has never been out of the case or dropped.
