Beware! NEW POLICY should make you rethink all Apple products! They refused to work on my phone because it had once been repaired by a non Apple store! I’ve had 10 family phones fixed here before and never once has this been a problem! In the press you hear of updates shutting off phones that don’t use Apple parts. When in rural areas and your phone breaks what are you to do? Buy a Android!
Was having battery issues and technician put in a work order we then left to do a little shopping instead of waiting an hour. Came back to a brand new phone because of an issue. My phone was under warranty so no cost to me
Had a warranty issue with a phone 8 plus and they were suppose to replace it with a new phone and we were given a phone that was reported stolen. Would not recommend this store!!
I made an appointment at the Genius Bar to have my phone’s camera repaired. They got to me as soon as I walked in the door, I waited no more than a minute or two after being shown where to go, and they took my phone and gave me a return time an hour and 45 minutes later. The repair was covered under my warranty and I only had to wait long enough to grab some lunch and browse a little bit. When I returned they quickly retrieved my phone and I was out the door. Fantastic experience.
I brought my phone it that was working for a battery. That apple throttled my phone for and they broke it and then said it was my fault and almost forced me into a phone since my phone worked prior to them touching it!!!! I hate this, worst thing I have ever seen you broke my phone !!!!!! You should fix it!!!! Your a multimillion dollar company you break my phone, you fix it!?!?!?? I work on cars if a customer brings a car into me working I give it back working!!!!!!����
