Went in for an issue with my IPhone. The little twit assisting me is jumping back and forth between me and another customer. She ends up erasing all contacts, emails and texts , etc. from my phone and sends me out the door after 2 hours of sitting and waiting for her to handle the issue at hand. I went to text a relative only to discover this! Someone else did resolve the issue but I will never go to another Apple store or buy another Apple product. Although the wait was long (Apple systems were down) the service was excellent and the resolution to our problem was 100% satisfactory!
Apple Camp was a great week this summer, my daughter had a great time and even better teachers. Thank you.
