My experience was great. They had to replace my daughters screen. Didn't have to pay for it.
Horrible customer service! Made me come in 3 days in a row, employees give incorrect info, managers are rude and horrible. Very unhelpful and even the apple techs don't know crap about an iPhone. I kept getting the run around. They don't want to fix crap and don't know how. I would give a negative 5 star rating if I could. I love my phone but this place is complete bull crap! Horrible place ever! Customer service makes me want to switch to android! I love my iPhone but these employees are idiots!
I've been here several times. From setting up my new macbook pro, to today when i had battery issues, every single person who has helped me has been phenomenal. They've listened to my issues and been very helpful in offering solutions. Called the Apple store today to resolve an itunes gift card issue. I explained the issue to Brandon. He told be to call 1800myapple and they would fix the issue. 1800myapple sent me straight back to emailing support. If you are going to tell customers where to get the answer, make sure you are correct. Can I please have the 2 hours of my life back that I wasted on the phone.
