Today will mark my 5th attempt at bringing my MacBook in to get it fixed.
They don't stand my their product if you forget your password they will make you pay for resetting it they want to charge me 399. Dallors to set mine and I love my phone But looks like I am going to have to get a dieffent one . I can't pay that I think they should Reset your password for free after all you are buying their phones .
They were fantastic! Shattered my screen on my 5 day old iPhone 6s and they didn't have screens yet as the phone is so new. They replaced my phone for the price of a new screen. I was in and out in less than an hour.
Thousands of buyers and need assistance and they want to give you an appointment several hours later. Come on is this a damn doctor office no. They need more techs to assist to work around the buyers needs not theirs. They would be nothing if it wasn't for us customers.
Kudos to the Apple Store! I purchased 5 iPhones last September, since last month none of the chargers that came with them are working. I was going to purchase new chargers but I took all the chargers and walked into the Apple Store. The manager Darrell and I can't remember the other sales rep(forgive me because he was super nice) took care of my problem. Apparently there is a one year warranty which I had no clue. Techs are there to help customers not be rude pricks , my mom came in to get her phone repaired and the lady was awful my mom doesn't speak well English but she understood everything the woman was saying and yet the tech still wanted to get smart for no reason. Deep down , the problem is techs aren't even around to help anymore they just want to stand there. What's the whole point on having them if they're useless ? All customers want is help and can't even get it without having to raise their voice.
