I had an amazing experience at this location today. I had a problem with my phone they took care of it to my satisfaction. I left very happy.
My daughter had her iPhone 5s for about 8 months, she started having some issues with it. We went to the Apple Store today Trent Shimizu took excellent care of her. The machine they use to fix the screen wasn't working. So instead of sending us home (we live an hour away) he just gave her a new phone.. He made her day!! Thanks Trent
Horrible experience, too. Wasting time with this store's manager, it was very disappointed.
Despite being insanely busy on the day after Christmas, I received prompt and courteous service at every turn. Genius Bar tech ran diagnostics on my rMBP and determines the problem, explained my options and was very patient as I backed up a few critical files to usb drive before sending it out for service. Sad to be without my beloved Mac, but glad to have received such great service.
Went in with a Macbook Pro that had an SD card reader that didn't work, 5 days later I picked up a practically brand new computer. Even the shell and screen were replaced! Your employee Alyssa Phillips was a professional, and made my experience hassle free, and everything was covered under Apple Care. I will be a returning customer. Thank you Apple Store.
Horrible experience. Free fix ok. Told 40 min. To complete. 2 hrs later I talk to manager about why so long. Five minutes he says. 20 min later I approach him again pretty upset. He goes back. My phone comes out. Sign here sir. No apology for taking do long. Just sign here. Customer service TERRIBLE.

Horrible experience with rude associates! Totally killed my phone and was forced to purchase a new one!! NOT a good experience and was there for 5 hours!!!
