RecommendedHad an issue with my phone after updating to the latest IOS (was not the problem, the device would’ve done it eventually anyway) and they helped diagnose the problem, and attempted to fix it. After seeing there was no way to fix it without sending it off they helped setup my new phone and making sure some very near and dear personal stuff was transferred over to my new phone. Thanks to Becca and others for their help!

Multiple negative service encounters with both myself and my mother. Some amazing staff on rare occasions if you get lucky, but mostly downright hostile and patronizing service. I highly recommend traveling to another regional store where the staff are better equipped and they aren’t out for the bottom line of Apple (I’ve been to Apple stores around the world, and they do exist — or at least stores exist with more competent customer service willing to help and work with you to find solutions rather than pushing you off).

I was at the Lexington store today. I was greeted right away and was put on a customer wait list. I was surprise to see how busy it was during the middle of a work week. It took about 7 minutes of waiting to be waited on. Our sales person was a young man named is Senad (not sure of spelling). He was friendly and helpful. He answered my questions about gift cards.
