Lucy's MamaBabyBliss classes were everything I didn't know I needed for pregnancy and early parenthood. Lucy was absolutely amazing! I started my journey with her during my pregnancy attending pregnancy yoga, she created such a safe and chilled environment that sometimes I forgot what I was there for. Once my son was born we progressed to baby massage and yoga, again these lessons were amazing! My son absolutely loved them as did I. I can honestly say this is the best baby group I have attended and would 100% recommend Lucy. I really can't recommend Lucy's classes enough. I spent just short of a year with her, from pregnancy yoga, then baby massage and right through to advanced baby yoga. I/we absolutely loved every single session. Pregnancy yoga gave me the most amazing support network, which as a first time Mumma-to-be was invaluable! It was a safe space to air those worries, the hormone fuelled rants, shed some tears if I needed to. Lucy gave me a safe space to spend time having fun with my baby, but arguably more importantly a judgement free safe space. These classes were more valuable to me than Lucy will ever know. A truly wonderful, beautiful soul. I’d recommend these classes until the end of time. Thank you Lucy 🩷

Only started Lucy’s classes from baby yoga before continuing to baby yoga advanced but always felt really welcome. My son loved her classes and we looked forward to going every week. We still sing the songs at home now! Lucy does a great job of creating a safe space so you can share and connect with other mums. Would definitely recommend classes with Lucy, wish we’d have started earlier with pregnancy yoga and baby massage!
