A worse ever experience at malcolm.i went for hair colour a lady named mahrukh did my hair she took 20 minutes for whole process and she left out grey hair, I asked her why did you leave my grey hair she said these can’t be cover she did the very unprofessional job even with hair washing and blowdry, even i told her this is very unprofessional she started arguing with me and charged me 75 with this rough job, i don’t recommend this place at all,👎
This staff made me feel soo uncomfortable. She kept on snapping and blow drying my hair too hard and saw I was in pain but did nothing about it or asked if I was ok. Not the best experiencr from this place because of her.
Good hairdressers but the reception isn't. I had a good cut but I haven't gone back as the reception staff couldn't understand English.
