I recently stayed here and had an amazing experience. The owners and staff are wonderful. We had a few issues arise during the stay and they were as helpful as possible. I had a minor complaint involving the bathtub in my room. It was addressed and fixed immediately. The breakfast and dinners were outstanding. Great food and value. Don't be deterred by the appearance of the exterior Conservatory on first arrival. It needs replacement, but its a time consuming process and the hotel is great. We had an amazing wedding here back in July. We had a smaller sized wedding and they were able to accommodate due to their flexibility. We still hadn’t found the right venue by March, but in 3 and a bit months and thanks to Claire- our amazing wedding organiser we made it to the alter on our chosen date !:) we were so pleased with the service.
