Booked this apartment for 3 people for my sisters 40th birthday. Cost £250 The booking is non transferable and you cannot cancel. They also demand photo ID and £100 damage fee which they take before you even arrive. I asked if there was parking to which they said yes however parking is not free. I paid £24 for 24hrs. The apartment- It is not luxury. Entrance is down a side street next to a lot of bins, bit daunting in the dark. The hot water ran out after 1 shower. We were in the Kaiser suite, basement room. Came back on the first night to find the entire flat and bedrooms covered with flies, absolutely disgusting. Two bedrooms and bathrooms unusable. We left first thing on the morning. 24hour line was rang but no response.. Otherwise, location and style of the rooms was great.

There were issues with their guest portal, which meant that when I arrived late at night, I was unable to check in. I was left outside with no way to contact anyone — their phone lines were closed, and they offer no emergency or out-of-hours support, despite knowing I would be arriving late and didn't have the check-in information.
