We were in the Kaiser suite, basement room. Came back on the first night to find the entire flat and bedrooms covered with flies, absolutely disgusting. Two bedrooms and bathrooms unusable. We left first thing on the morning. 24hour line was rang but no response.. Otherwise, location and style of the rooms was great.

There were issues with their guest portal, which meant that when I arrived late at night, I was unable to check in. I was left outside with no way to contact anyone — their phone lines were closed, and they offer no emergency or out-of-hours support, despite knowing I would be arriving late and didn't have the check-in information. Title: A Disastrous stay with the owner making terrible excusing and outright lying I recently stayed at Maison Parfaite in Leeds from December 24th to 27th, having previously enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disaster. Despite our advance booking in September, we received no information on how to access the property.
