In one word- Horrific! Delay after delay with no communication- eventually they communicated a date, which was then delayed again by “ the cutting blade breaking” a renewed date, followed by another delay “ the stone broke during cutting”. Eventually after 3 months, 2 weeks of which we had to live with no tops, they supplied the stone, only for us to discover the island corner was broken completely off and repaired without telling us. We selected the exact slabs of Quartzite for our kitchen from Mainstream Granite. Wonderful selection of stones and experienced members of staff. Have been back again to order marble for our bathrooms which is being imported directly from Italy - just a fabulous place to go - a coffee shop on site as well - bonus!
