Very professional experience - the agency contacted me promptly after my online enquiry and I was able to discuss key points. We discussed flexible times for an initial meeting with a prospective cleaner who we met and is lovely with excellent attention to detail. Prices are reasonable, and feel fair. The process overall has been very smooth, our house is lovely and clean and we have had an excellent experience so far. Highly recommend!
