The worst service I have ever seen. I arranged a cleaning appointment for Tuesday, 2 hours each week. The first day everything was fine. After, this cleaner ('A') said she couldn't do it the next week, and moved the appointment to Saturday. On Saturday, she didn't show up. Neither me nor maid2clean were able to contact her. Then maid2clean assigned me another cleaner, 'B'. Cleaner 'B' arrives that Saturday, starts cleaning and I get into my room to let she work. Marta has been really helpful, in an often busy household. She is always pleasant and it's great to have our home looking so good.
Fantastic service, quick to contact and sort any issues out. Cleaner organised is fabulous, cleans areas I never thought of to!! Impressed with customer service and worth the monthly costs.
