I am not happy with this place as my nails had grown out before i even had them for a week. 3 of my nails have snapped off from absolutely nothing, i did not mess with them nor did i wack them they just simply fell off. most my nails are wonky or not shaped right and are defiantly not worth the £38 i spent on them.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife, who is far too nice. Unfortunately, her experience at Mai Nails was nothing short of appalling. The visit began with a shocking display of casual racism: the technician remarked that my wife, who is of Asian heritage, “smelled like curry.” My wife, attempting to remain polite and not address this, asked for builder’s gel. Awful service, wouldn't do any designs that we asked for even some they had pictures of on their page. The man in the shop was extremely rude to my partner and made us feel uncomfortable the whole time. Really not happy with how the nails turned out either not at all what we wanted. Avoid.
