Love their staffs and friendly services. Bradley Dideriksen was my maintenance guy. He is a honest young man. He gave me advices on how to keep my Rave4 in good conditions. Save money on some unnecessary expenses etc. He is great!
Not sure how much attention this will get, doesn’t seem like their social media is monitored-just trying to get a call back from Brandon in Service, I’ve called and left two messages today. Was told both times he was “with a client”, apparently a client calling in doesn’t get the same attention.
They do a good job... ALSO if a part needs replacing or up dating, they tell you during the maintenance service. I also own 2018 Equinox diesel , Blade Chevrolet service hands you a bill for the service. With Blade it is about getting the dollar and get you out at Magic Toyota it is about the best service for the customer. Jim Dyment
Have been really disappointed in the new service department. This time making an appointment seems to have meant nothing. (I should have taken a clue when I got a message to call about my appointment, when I called back-they said we just moved your appointment by 20min—which was the same time as my scheduled appointment time) Almost 3 hour wait-and all that can be done is oil change. Rest of service-I have to make another appointment for because they had staffing shortage to complete.
Terrible wait area, especially compared to the Rodland one. Going back there next time because at least then when I have to wait for over an hour for just an oil change with 3 kids, there is a kids area to keep them entertained and decent coffee to keep me from losing it. Also, had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 and at 10:17 they still hadn’t even looked at the car. So what is the point of an appointment? I’ve taken my car here twice for service and I’ve been very impressed both times. Fast, thorough and reasonably priced. I will be back!
I have a 9 am appointment to change my seasonal tires. I arrived at 8:45. There was also a part (the prong that holds the tire) that had gotten sheared prior. When I scheduled the appointment I had told them my situation. When I arrived I told them the same situation. After 2 hours 15 mins I hear they they are waiting to approve on the part and it will take another 30 mins. An oil change took less time than this.
