Magic Toyota just serviced our car after finding out they did something incorrectly two years ago. After this appointment, a leak started in the same area of the car as the work they just completed. It was taken weeks to get them to look at the car and provide a loaner even after having a loaner “reserved” for us three different times. There is now sitting water on the floor in our family car without any assistance from Magic Toyota to resolve the issue. I am pregnant with twins and we have a toddler. they will lie to you if you are buying a used car and RIP you off if you're buying new. use a different Toyota dealership.
Good service. When it gets done. At about 8:45a this morning, I was told that my RAV would be done by noon. Shortly before 2p, I was told it needed additional work and they were waiting for approval from me. Made me wonder how long they had been waiting to tell me that. I was told that work would be done within the hour. Another 2 hours go by before it is done. they make me sign a lease instead of a sale so they make the money out of my pocket so now I have to make a new lease for purchase so I have to do evrythinng like new purchase then I lose all the money from the lease
