I am having a terrible time trying to get a response from anyone at Magic Toyota! I have sent several emails explaining the problem to no avail. There never was a problem until Magic installed a new battery in October 2016' and I've had nothing but trouble ever since. They tell me every time that there is nothing wrong, but after it's charged, within weeks it won't start...again. I doubt anyone has ever actually taken the engine apart to look at it. Regular maintenance almost went very poorly. Thanks to Brandon on the service team it didn’t. Brandon didn’t dispute my complaint about tire rotation for even a second. He did all the things someone in his position should do. Brandon gets 5 stars! Magic Toyota gets 3.

I was looking for a small SUV for my growing family and I was stuck between a Toyota Rav4 and 2 other makes.
