I can’t believe the absolute dishonesty of these people! We very recently purchased a used car from them which is having severe problems. I’m currently writing this sitting in a parking lot with a car that won’t start due to the electronics be faulty. After contacting them when the problems first started (less than 24 hours after driving the car off the lot) the response was essentially “lol, sucks to be you”.
Stand by their used vehicles and better support customers. We realized the car stereo on our used car was not functional the moment we drove it off the lot. When we called they said just to have them look at it when we brought the car in to have the plates put on in a few weeks. We brought it in to discover the stereo was in fact completely dead. RecommendedHighly recommend working with Nicolo, he was patient and informative with my mom when she was looking to replace her 4Runner, he was not pushy and remembered small details and that made my moms car buying experience smooth and less stressful. Absolutely will go back to Magic Toyota!

I had a 10 am appointment today. They didn't start inspecting the car until 2pm. All I needed was a new gas cap and 60k mile service (which is maybe a 40 minute service) and I spent my entire day here. I've now been here 5 hours and am still waiting. I appreciate that your staff was courteous and kind to me but if you do not have the capacity to deliver basic services in a reasonable amount of time, you should have proactively canceled my appointment, and/or given me a heads up that there would be extraordinary delays. 5+ ho... read more

I bought a new truck here and they damaged it during delivery. They had it twice for a total of seven weeks and did a horrible job fixing it to the point of causing more damage during the repair. Now they won't even respond to Toyota Customer Service. If having your brand new vehicle for over a month because of their own negligence doesn't warrant a returned phone call, what does? In my opinion they do not care about you once they have your money.
