Leased our car over 3 years ago from them now we bought out the car. we were always treated very well by all of the employees and service is always on time. the new building is beautiful with an amazing e nterence to service. all your needs met with a smile and can I help you. best place ever.
The service team is amazing!! I went in for my oil change, they found a hole in my back tire. They took care of it quickly! They even vacuumed the inside of my messy car. lol! A big thank you!!!

7 hour oil change. Magic consistently over schedules and their customer service is nonexistent. Beautiful new building, same bad service. purchased my car here and been a customer for 8 years. I asked to speak with a manager about my experience and he offered my nothing. completely insulting. they had my car for 7 hours and all they managed to do was an oil change even though I had scheduled a detail.
Great waiting experience, fast service, and easy check out. I have had similar experiences at other Toyota location in Burien so this may not be unusual for Toyota.
Nice comfortable waiting room, hot cocoa is better than before, friendly staff, very reasonable price for a oil change and multi-point inspection and tire rotation. The new place is very spacious and modern.
