We have been going to Magic Toyota since 1993 for last 27 years. We made an appointment for maintenance this week. We asked if he could get a loaner car while they service my car. They have done this for us in the past. The lady said no problem. We were denied a loaner when we checked in. Very disappointed. The service person that had all kinds of excuses why we could not get a loaner car. You don’t treat your loyal customers like this.
Bad customer service, try to help on loan question never got it. I waited forever and still no help

Unfortunately, this is my second time here and the same issue that happened the first time happened again. They estimated an hour and there was only 3 others in the lobby. I scheduled an early morning appointment since I wanted to avoid this issue. They are just now starting on my car after an hour. I do not know how they organize or schedule but this is my second time here having the same issue. I am going to be shopping for other places to take my car. Horrible customer service. The guy I saw today made a rude sarcastic insulting comment and then didn’t acknowledge me the rest of the visit. I’ve heard so many bad reviews here I only went for a recall service. In hindsight I shouldn’t even have gone for that. Avoid this place.

Took me two hours just to get one tire replaced. Tried to call back with a question and was unable to reach my tech after two calls and being told twice he would call me back

Their GM is a prick. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Literally never going back. Wished I never would have bought a car there.
Service department has good people and do good work.
