So, this place has gone down the tubes. Their check In process is a joke. You pull up and wait for an attendant, then go inside and wait and wait and wait again to give them you keys. I spent over 30 minutes just to check in. Then I mentioned to the agent I needed a light bulb also changed and was assured it would be done. Really bad follow through. They don't answer phones and when we were in there, they wanted me to sign a random piece of paper to "commit". What a sleazy way to do business.
I dropped off my car for the service since 8am in the morning and was told it should be done in the afternoon. The staff told me that someone will call me when it is completed. It is 12 hours passed and I received zero phone call to update me with anything. I called many times and you guess it, no one pick it up. JUST A CALL TO UPDATE YOUR CUSTOMERS ISN'T THAT HARD, RIGHT?
