A professional team! Having lived in Europe many years I still need to learn to understand that an oilchange includes an inspection. In my European mindset an oilchange is just that: an oilchange. I wanted (and got) an inspection, which includes an oilchange, which they just called an oilchange. Well ok, live and learn.
