Great service and very personable staff. Shuttle driver was very helpful and I had a baby on board. Service rep Khing Ly was courteous and considerate. My Corolla is running so much better now.
Had brought car in for 30000 service (which should only take a day) and a couple of minor things covered under warranty. They ended up havin my car for 2 weeks. Service advisor, Gary, is pretty incompetent, will not discuss my issues personally with me, and all he seems to care about is making sure I sign up for ToyotaCare, which he must get paid commission on. No explanation for the delay in holding in to my car, tried to tell me he tried contacted me (really? When?) and only contacted me after I sent a note to the service ... read more
