I'm not one to complain but this was beyond me. I had booked in for an Acrylic infill but since I am not a nail tech and don't know much about nails. I informed the nails tech that I wasn't sure if I had booked for the right service. To which she replied rudely - I don't have time for anything else. I was clarifying I hadn't booked the wrong service and if I needed advice on what to book next time. She didn't give me a chance to finish explaining what I was trying to say. Stuck the nips to my skin!!! My nails are destroyed and my nails are bleeding!! Do not get acrylics here!!
Nails lasted under a week already coming off designs also peeled off and nails are lifting
