I really like it here so far. Love the Valet Trash! Most of my issues have been fixed that day or day after! Have a beautiful lake view off my deck! Staff are very nice!
Absolutely the worst place I've EVER lived. All summer our apartment was 76-80 degrees with our thermostat set to 70, and NOTHING was done to fix it! We called multiple times per week asking for help, all to no avail. Our move in check sheet had 12 items on it, some of which have yet to be fixed 4 months later! Even under current AMP management, nothing has changed. You'd rather live ANYWHERE else along 280 than live here. Thank God we are only here until we find a house to buy.
