I’m not going to rant on this review like I have on my Google review. This is the first thing you see when you pull into Madison Place Apartments. Maintenance is RIDICULOUSLY slow, apparently they’re “short staffed”.

Marly Kate Bailey - thank you for your concern. What you don't know is that we had to have a repair on the compactor hydraulics - this was done Saturday morning. Since the office is closed on the weekends this is ALWAYS taken care of first thing on Monday mornings. Also, most of the furniture and extra trash come from unauthorized users - meaning people not authorized to live at Madison Place - non lease holders. RecommendedWe moved in late last August and I would sign a new lease right now if I could. I absolutely love living here. The office is incredible and maintenance acts promptly and efficiently. For it's location just off of 280, the price can't be beat and the amenities rock! I am proud to call Madison Place home!
I’m curious to know if the people who wrote good reviews I am reading were given a discount on their rent as was stated by an individual on Google reviews..also noticed complaints of mold and apparently that’s still an ongoing issue.
The worst place to live. Every one gets treated differently. They let people live here without being on the lease so that causes a problem when they bill for water, because are water bill is high. Garbage doesn’t pick up maybe 3 days a week and we’re charged for 7 days a week. Oh and we have resident’s who live here and get free rent because they also work here. All the rules doesn’t apply for everyone.
I love living at Madison Place. I'm a very persistent person and so should any one when it comes to renting. Each time I've requested maintenance or anything, they have come through for me. I have a wonderful lower level apartment facing the lake and although the lighting is out in the fountains, they sound amazing. So where to start. Moved in December 2018, will not be re-signing a lease. Every time someone either moves in or out of the building, the roaches get kicked up. I've been fighting roaches for the majority of the time I've lived here. Maintenance was great when I first moved in. Any little issue and these guys were on it, no waiting. Now, it's literally months before your issue is resolved. I absolutely LOVE this place. the staff are extremely nice and super helpful. I was personally helped by Chris and he is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants the luxury along with the affordability.
