RecommendedIt is very convenient for school zone area and shopping at the summit. Management team is polite and take guests considerations for real if they have any difficulties. They are trying their beat to keep every resident happy 😃.
Ever since Josh and Kim took over this place has done a 360!!! After my 1st lease was up I wanted to move out of here!!! Josh wanted me to give him a chance to make some changes before I made my decision. Well the best decision I made was giving them a chance to make things better!!!! Madison place is a great place to raise your family!!!! Great job Josh and Kim I appreciate y’all so much!!!!
Looks good around the office and pool but the rest of the place is a dump. My daughter lives here and I can't wait for her to move. She is embarrassed to have friends visit. Trash is piled up at the dumpster. Paint is chipped on the buildings. These are just a few of the complaints. This is her first apartment experience and it hasn't been that great.
I have lived here for almost two years and it has been a wonderful place to live. Josh has went above and beyond to help me whenever I’ve had a problem. Also, Madison Place has wonderful activities for the community.
My family and I have had a great experience living at Madison Place apartments. We've been here over a year and have had no issues with maintenance or office staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful!

BEST apartment staff and maintenance!!!! The ladies in the office are always welcoming and sincere to the residents concerns and needs!!! They take the time to listen and try to accommodate the issue. The guys are the toughest working men!!! They go over and beyond to fix their work order in a thorough, professional manner. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. It took two months to fix my a/c in the middle of summer and now I've had an ant infestation for 6 days. No apologies from the manager Susan and the regional manager Cindy won't call me back. This seems to me the trend for all the staff here.
