I just have to rave about how helpful and professional my experience was while looking at units for consideration of moving here in the fall. Great place to reside in West Raleigh with reasonable prices. The staff is courteous and a pleasure to deal with. My AC unit broke in May, and despite the lengthy absence without it, they were very helpful and communicated frequently with me on when it would be up again. Professional attitudes are on display by the office personnel as well as the maintenance guys every time I interact with them.
