If you aren’t on time for 1 year, you can’t upgrade from 1 beds to 2. Even during this pandemic , this whole crisis doesn’t apply. YOU MUST NEVER BE LATE even during a deadly virus If you want to upgrade. Never knew an apartment to stop your from staying at the community. I can’t go to HR and demand my paychecks earlier- ridiculous. Oh and it’s a “policy” but it’s not written or visible ANYWHERE !!

I’m sorry if there was some confusion Lexii, I would like to clear that up for you. We communicate the transfer policies to our residents when they request a transfer. One of our transfer policies includes excellent payment history for at least a 6 month period before transferring. Since we are most definitely not counting the months during the pandemic, we have to look to the 6 months before the pandemic. My family and I evacuated because of the hurricane in Florida. My cousin said we could stay with her. But Dominic let us stay in an apartment. It is dog friendly. Everyone was so nice to us. We really appreciate everything. If I lived in Raleigh I would want to stay in these apartments.
I have lived here for over a year and I love it! Management cares about what you need and if something needs fixed. I came home one night after work to know heat in February, frigid temperatures, and Dominic had someone out there to fix it before I went to bed. Highly recommend staying here!
Actual experience living there was good, but it's been a nightmare since we moved out trying to track down our security deposit. Dominic is unreachable- multiple phone calls and emails, it's been several months since our deposit was supposedly processed and mailed out. Buyer beware.
