We entered the shop and immediately got stuck at the entrance because of their poorly managed security lock system. Five customers were crammed together, waiting back-to-back to be let in. The shop was overcrowded, unbearably warm, and chaotic. There was no chance to speak to anyone or properly view the jewelry, so we decided to leave. When I tried to exit, the door was locked.
