What kind of place is this we had a appointment booked with a deposit at the beginning of the week to have my partner looking forward to it most of the week then travel to brighouse to have the appointment cancelled asked for the deposit back to then be told they can do it another day like it wasn't booked for today that's not how you do business you've now upset my partner thanks alot bad service that

Visited MADE academy last week to see Ellie for Botox , she was absolutely lovely , very professional, explained everything to me perfectly, and such a beautiful salon , will definitely be going back to ellie going forward , also all of the girls that work there are always so polite and chatty , well done ladies 💕

Ellie is absolutely amazing at what she does. Extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what i was looking for, she talked me through every step and any questions i had was answered with ease🥰 was such a comforting atmosphere. couldn’t recommend enough! look forward to coming again x
