I was super nervous going in for my first waxing. I'd heard all the horror stories and wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I arrived, the staff and Courtney made me feel completely at ease. The space was clean and calming, Courtney was kind, professional, and talked me through everything. An excellent experience as always it’s always a pleasure going to this friendly, welcoming salon. Adele waxed me today and I am always amazed how pain-free it is and love how flawless the end result is. We had such a lovely chat too I have been going to Madame Wax for over 5 years and seen lots of different members of their team for my wax and they are all fantastic. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for a wax - they really are the best!

Absolutely outstanding. I have been going to Madame Wax for a couple of years now. Every time they are faultless. Lovely staff who are very professional. Great after care and advice also. A very well run business who should be congratulated on their incredibly high standard of work. I highly recommend them. Thank you Madame Wax!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Madame Wax for nearly 3 years, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. I had a wax appointment booked for 10:00AM, which was cancelled just an hour before due to the owner's dog passing away. While I completely understand and empathise with such a difficult situation (especially as I recently lost my cat of 15 years), the way this was handled was incredibly poor.
