A nice little space and the kids really enjoyed the soft play. However, the whole experience for us as the parents was overshadowed by the two teenage staff members who insisted on playing their music through the speaker at the far end of the room incredibly loudly. They also kept skipping from one track to the next (a lot of which was lyrically inappropriate for children). We asked them if they could turn it down, which they did but then the volume just crept up again. They seemed far more focussed on having their own party... read more
