I really love Mack's auto but my engine went out in my car and they acted as if they didn't care AT ALL ! I was on time with payments as well... I wasn't offered any second option I didn't even have the car a whole 45 days! I felt like I was jipped out of my money. I was also sending it to tire man & came out of pocket for those expenses as well. They expressed no concern I am totally aware it's a buy here pay here. I just thought maybe they would have more compassion 🤷🏾♀️. NEVER AGAIN!
