From my recent experience I can highly recommend Macintyres of Edinburgh. I ordered a pricey watch (by my standards lol) on their website. I received an instant confirmation email and was able to track the progress via my account, which gave me some reassurance.The watch arrived next day (amazingly) by Royal Mail special delivery. So I found them to be very efficient with good communication. A good business.
amazing friendly staff didnt get the ladies name but after a freightful night of suffering with arthritis is my hands and having a ring stuck on my finger these ladies helped me by removing it quickly and efficiently. Thank you again
Wonderfull staff. We felt very at home with their paitent knowledgeable advice. We're most pleased with our purchase. The team are kind, have very intuitive feel for the items request. Even when I do not know myself. They can suggest the most wonderful artistically crafted items. Jewellery that is wonderful and will become prised family heirloom.
