Called the service center and got Robert to get a price quote on a service. I told him exactly what I needed done. He quoted me $155, I made an appointment the next day. Dropped my car off and about 2 hours later I was told it would be over $380 to do the service I asked for. Told him I just wanted my car back. Wasted 3 hours of my day and got nothing done. He stated he miss spoke… not my first time I have had a problem with him. Fool me twice shame on me.
Have always been informative, clean show room and service area. Highly recommend. I will buy my next car from this dealership
