Did not get what we should have. Oil change & tire rotation . Asked for them to check psi on tires because showed low. When we got back on car the psi did not change. Went back in and they had the tech come get the car & check tire psi. That was ok so asked if they rotated and was told yes but the tire pressure did not change from front to back
The service department was great, They were quick and kept me well informed as to the status of the work being done.

Excellent communication from Ralph.One complaint is of Excellent communication from Ralph. One complaint is of changing controls in my vehicle. My air conditioner should not be on Max cool when I pick it up. Gas is EXPENSIVE as well as car repairs. My car should not be used to cool the technicians. This happens repeatedly.
Service was great. My service advisor Daniel was awesome! Car was repaired in a timely manner, thank you.
