I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this dealer. They are conveniently placed. I did not like the salesman he was more concerned with talking about his personal life than about the car. When we went to financing it felt like they were adding things in we did not agree on and when we called them on it the deal just became very tense.
Mason gave me good counsel and moved my Tacoma through regular maintenance quickly. Then when I got to the main shop, Ralph got my Tacoma to a technician who pinpointed a mystery rattle that the Express Maintenance should couldn't figure out. This is why I drive past two other dealerships (as well as a third that is closer to my home) to get service at Mac Haik Toyota.
