Why are there appointments made when the time isn’t honored? I waited over 30 minutes before my vehicle was taken in and that was AFTER I went up to the counter. People were walk in’s without an appointment and were serviced immediately.
I want to let you know, I have bought many new cars over the course of my life and the buying experience was by far the best. Nick did a wonderful job in getting us the car we wanted. It had been my wife’s dream car and I was not going to disappoint her.
