I love my truck. The dealership as a whole is pretty amazing, and we do plan to return for future purchases. However, the first two salesmen we talked to brushed us off. When we went inside, we finally got great service from Raul Ruiz and Ray (finance guy). The time and effort given by these men earned our respect and our future business.
Over the years I have bought two Tundras from MacHaik. I have always been satisfied with the deals I received: fair and great service. I have had all my services to my vehicles done at Mac Haik. Good people to do business with.

When I purchase a new vehicle from a dealership, I expect the service department to go over any service visits with me to help me understand these services and when I should bring the vehicle back. Since I have had this vehicle the only way I know to bring it in is through carfax. It has been a very good vehicle except for battery issues - I don't drive enough to keep a good charge apparently.
